The Stalk Victims Information Service is a non-profit website operated by the Human Rights Coalition. This service is dedicated to the memory of Eleanor Roosevelt (1884-1962), an outspoken defender of human rights who is still much loved.

The Stalk Victims Information Service is committed to assisting stalk victims in their efforts to defend themselves and vulnerable people under their care, and educating the public about the danger posed by stalkers to vulnerable women and children.
