SVIS is a not-for-profit educational website operated by the Human Rights Coalition (Australia). This service is dedicated to the memory of Eleanor Roosevelt (1884-1962), an outspoken defender of human rights who is still much loved.

We are committed to assisting stalk victims in their efforts to defend themselves and people under their care such as a child or disabled spouse, and educating the public about the danger posed by stalkers to vulnerable men, women and children.
